Low forward voltage diode function. Compared with Schottky diodes, this can provide a lower loss path, and in high-power applications, it can provide a more efficient solution, and save valuable circuit board space by reducing the demand for heat dissipation. When conducting, the voltage drop across the MOSFET is usually 20mV.

The wide working range of power supply supports the use of 1 to 6 lithium-ion batteries in series to provide working power. Low quiescent current (typical value 11μA) Independent of load current. The gate driver includes an internal voltage clamp for MOSFET protection.

The input and output are equivalent to diodes. When the output voltage is detected to be greater than the input, the output is turned off immediately, and the detection value is millivolt level.

The corresponding speed is very fast.
