This 980nm  laser dot module with a driver built-in is an industrial electronic component and used for industrial test, Lab. Not a handheld laser

The IR laser module is and precise and sensitive optical instrument. Before carrying on some laser DIY activities, please read about the technical information first and protect your eyes before laser ray. Be sure the operator has experience in optics DIY or test. It is invisible by bare human eyes and can only be seen by CCD or night version devices.

2. red wire for voltage + pole, black wire for voltage – pole. black wire also for TTL – pole

3. you have to add at least 1000khz signal on the yellow wire for TTL effect. if not, you cannot get the TTL effect
