Low forward voltage diode function. This provides a lower loss path than schottky diodes, and in high-power applications, it provides a more efficient solution and saves valuable board space by reducing the need for heat dissipation. When turned on, the pressure drop at both ends of the MOSFET is usually 20mV.

Wide power supply range: 1 to 6 series lithium ion batteries are used to provide power supply. The low static current (typical 11μA) is independent of the load current. The gate driver includes an internal voltage clamp for MOSFET protection.

The input and output are diodes. If the output voltage is detected to be greater than the input, turn off the output immediately.

The corresponding speed is very fast.
