This Focus Light 500W diode laser module was made for repairing and replacement of hair removal device. They can be optional from 3bars,4 bars and 5bars.

This is 5 bars* 100W diode laser stack for replacement of laser hair removal machine. If your handle have some bar not working but you do not want to pay high cost for a new handle gun. You can buy just a new stack to do replacement in your side if you have professional engineer and good working environments. Also this kind of stack have similar design for diode 300W,400W,500W,600W and 700W. Just need confirm how many bar for working 100W is ok.

Repairing Procedures
First, after we received the old broken handle piece from customer, we check the appearance of handle piece to confirm whether all the parts are complete and in good condition.
Second, we disassemble the handle piece, and test the old laser stack. For the micro channel laser stack, Such as Alma laser, Lightsheer, Syneron. We will test each laser plate one by one to confirm whether there are any one bars still can work. If there have some good bars, the repairing charge will lower. For macro laser stack like most product made in China, we will test whole laser stack together.
The third step:
We choose best quality laser stack to replace the old broken one. Our bars are import from Germany diode bar manufacture. We mounted bars and assemble them to laser stack in our lab. We strictly manage mounting, assembling and testing step during laser stack producing. Every stack will be fully tested and had 8 hours burning test.
The Fourth step:
Our experienced technician will reassemble the handle piece. Which include:
a. Install the new laser stack into the handle piece.
b. Clean lens and check the TEC and other parts inside the handle piece
c. Test the power output of whole handle piece.
d. Clean the cover shell of handle piece and package it.
