Characteristic

When using switching mode power supply, please note that the output voltage rises slowly when the power is started, because the high power usually has a slow start function, and the output voltage rises slowly when the power is started. If the inductance ZVS circuit is switched on before the voltage rises to 12V, it will not oscillate due to insufficient starting voltage, resulting in two MOS transistors conducting from the same time. And burn down the components. Therefore, the switching power supply should start first, and the voltage will reach more than 12V, then the ZVS circuit will be connected.
Matters needing attention
1. carefully check the drawings several times after installation, confirm that all components are welded correctly.
2. please pay attention to the positive and negative sign of the power input terminal of the drive plate, and then turn it on after checking and confirming, so as to prevent the reverse firing plate.
3. the voltage of the test machine is recommended as a small power 12V, to prevent problems or to burn the plate due to incorrect alignment.
4. The limit input of the driving board is 30V DC and 10A current. It is not recommended to use the limit value. Do not operate for a long time under the condition of over-voltage and over-current. drive The plate is not suitable for induction heating. If it is used for induction heating, it is recommended that the input voltage is below 15V. For induction heating or high-power long time. When used, fans must be added to dissipate heat. If the heat dissipation is not good, the temperature of the MOS tube will be too high, which will accelerate the aging and even burn out of the MOS tube. .
